- 1. Leaf Preparation:

- 3. Pulping and Refining:
- The gel is then fed into a pulping and refining machine to obtain the aloe vera pulp.
- This process helps to break down the gel into a finer, more uniform consistency.
- 4. Further Processing (Optional):
- The pulp can be filtered and concentrated into a puree.
- It may also be pasteurized or sterilized to ensure safety and extend shelf life.
- 5. Packaging:
- The final pulp product is then filled into containers or bags for distribution.
